If you could open a restaurant, any kind you want, what would it look like and what's on the menu?

All day breakfast! Breakfast from all over the world. Nasi lemak, fruit platters, those crazy greasy full english breakfasts. I'd love to open the restaurant in one of those old colonial shoplots in KL, maybe a corner lot so I can open up the entire floor. And we'd have a condiment bar. And every kind of cereal you can think of. And one of those omelette stations. And oh you knew I'd answer this qotd dincha.
